Suspension Tube mounting and dismounting Outer ring
This adapted HPP123 (bearing puller pusher) (bearing puller pusher) is used to pull the outer bearing ring from a Suspension Tube.
A special lid centers the puller and keeps the jaws in place. Removing the ring is an easy job now, causing no damage to ring or tube.
To mount the ring the Suspension Tube was heated upto 120°C within 9 minutes, on a Standard induction heater BETEX 40 RMD TURBO
The ring could easily be fitted by hand.
